Important Note:For GV3 v8.10 or higher panels, RPS v5.13 SP2 is highly recommended for reliable communications.  When using an AT&T dual network SIM (ITS-SIM-WGN), it is highly recommended that RPS v5.13 SP2 be used and that GV3 v8.10 or higher panels be updated to v8.13.  RPS v5.13 SP2 can be downloaded at www.boschsecurity.us.  GV3 v8.13 update keys can be obtained by contacting customer service at 1-800-289-0096.
