The DR-244 is a self-contained combined passive infrared intrusion and ultrasonic detector. The detector features form "C" alarm output, separate closed circuit tamper protection, and an LED on the front cover for easy walktest. It requires 12VDC for operating power, and easiy mounts in a corner or on a flat wall using the two screw holes in the detector base.  The sensor can be changed from a masimum 25' by 65 degree protection area to a 25 ft curtain protection area Both technologies must be violated within a preset time period in order to generate a single alarm output. This greatly reduces the possiblity of a false alarm.
