'The BGE-6000-SL Audio Switch is designed to detect the common sounds of breaking glass when a window is broken.

Designed to be flush or surface mounted (with surface mount adapter-not included). 

Mounts in standard double gang electric box or flush mount in drywall, paneling, etc

Latching LED indicates the source of the alarm in multi unit installations, reset by switchable DC power (such as smoke detector power)

Operates on 6-12 VDC 24 or 32 ma.

Normally closed output

4 1/2" x 4 1/2"

Proven to work with 1/8" and 1/4" thick plate glass, 1/4" tempered glass, 1/4" laminated glass and 1/4" wired glass.

Minimum 144 square inches and with a diameter no less than 8"
